Created by wellbeing experts Sanja Žuljević and Ivana Pejić, the programme combines modern neuroscience, movement, and integrative mind-body education into a transformative retreat experience rooted in learning through movement and direct experience. Participants gain practical tools for better understanding stress, regulating the nervous system, and creating sustainable changes in everyday life.

Anti-Stress & Burnout Recovery is designed for individuals experiencing mental and physical overload who wish to restore balance, resilience, and energy. Through experiential workshops, regenerative pauses, mindful movement sessions, and practical wellbeing techniques, participants learn how to shift from “survival mode” into a state of recovery and regeneration.

Programme topics include emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, neurofitness, hormonal balance, and everyday micro-reset tools that can be immediately integrated into daily life.

The retreat supports participants in restoring inner calm, improving focus, increasing emotional stability, and transitioning from chronic exhaustion toward sustainable energy and long-term wellbeing.
