Acquapura, meaning ‘pure water’, reflects Falkensteiner’s approach to wellbeing through water. At Resort Punta Skala, Acquapura SPA features 6 indoor and outdoor pools, 5 saunas, and a hammam, along with relaxation areas, waterbeds, and Aufguss sessions. Guests can also enjoy spa and beauty treatments for adults, tailored treatments for teenagers, and seasonal Sea & Spa programmes."

Guests under 16 may access the spa areas and receive treatments only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT
Our Spa is a place of tranquillity, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their voice out of courtesy to others. The relaxation areas are reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Please always remember to respect the personal space and comfort of those around you.
ATTIRE
Your comfort and privacy are our priority at all times. A robe, slippers, and flip-flops are provided in your room. The Black Spa is a textile-free area, in keeping with European sauna tradition. You can store your belongings in a lockable locker.
ARRIVAL TIME
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and change. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment, as the original appointment time cannot be extended. We will provide the best treatment possible within the time remaining, though it will still be charged at the price of your original booking.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
We kindly ask that you shower before your treatment begins. You are welcome to make use of our Spa facilities beforehand, as this helps ensure the best possible experience and is a courtesy to your therapist.
DURING YOUR TREATMENT
Your comfort matters throughout. Should you feel uncomfortable at any point, please do not hesitate to let your therapist know.
SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted anywhere within the Spa, helping to maintain its calm and restorative atmosphere. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the fresh fruit and refreshing drinks offered throughout the Spa.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN SPA AREAS
Acquapura SPA is a quiet sanctuary. To preserve the peace and privacy of all our guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones remain switched off or on silent mode throughout your visit. Keyed lockers remain at your disposal for the safekeeping of your belongings.
We recommend booking treatments in advance to ensure availability. Reservations can be made by phone at +385 (0)23 555 940, in person at reception, or via email at spa.iadera@falkensteiner.com.
Please inform us of any health conditions (physical ailments, allergies, disabilities or pregnancy) at the time of booking so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel a Spa appointment or package, please do so by 4 p.m. the day before to avoid any charges.
Missed appointments will be subject to a full charge for the reserved service.
A locker with key will be provided for your personal belongings.
Please leave jewellery and other valuables in your hotel room safe, as Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items.
All treatments will be charged to your room account and added to your final bill upon departure. Guests are welcome to pay by credit card or cash at the reception.
