The deep. rest. yoga. retreat at the Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming combines restorative yoga, breathwork and meditation into a calm weekend surrounded by the Alpine landscape. The focus lies on deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and mindful arrival in your own body.
You will be accompanied by Lisa Stockreiter, certified Women’s Yoga & Meditation teacher. With her solid experience in yoga, meditation and Cranio Sacral Balance, she creates a clear, grounded space for calm, presence and lasting recovery. Her sessions are professionally structured, gently guided and deeply effective.
This retreat gives you time to let go, recharge and truly arrive back within yourself.
