Our restaurant management will be happy to welcome you every morning and evening in front of the restaurant entrance and to accompany you to a table. Please wait in advance with a marked distance to other guests. We would like to point out that due to the situation the tables are not reserved for you for the whole stay and you will therefore be seated at several different tables during your stay. Are there any restrictions in the Acquapura SPA?

The Acquapura SPA area will be available to guests, subject to the legal requirements. The minimum distance as well as the maximum number of persons in saunas and pools must be observed.

How is the minimum distance in the relaxation rooms ensured?

We will equip various loungers with a beautifully decorated spacer and will not provide them with an upholstery so that these loungers are left free.

Is it possible that I will not get a lounger?

Since fewer couches may be used in principle to maintain the spacing, we cannot completely rule this out if the rooms are fully occupied. However, in view of the current occupancy rate and the various resting places, we are very optimistic that every guest will be able to enjoy the well-deserved relaxation phase in our Acquapura SPA after an active day.

How are the distances in the saunas regulated?

Taking into account the statutory minimum distance regulation for baths and wellness in accordance with state-defined regulations, each guest requires 4 square metres in the saunas if they do not live in a shared household.
For this purpose, we will calculate a maximum number per guest for the respective saunas.

Which restaurants/cabins are currently open in the region?

You will find an overview here
You are welcome to ask our Front Office for up-to-date information at any time.

Are the activity programs offered?

There will be a program for activities - programs in the wild (e.g. hikes) but also programs in the house with limited number of participants (depending on the space requirement).

When will the huts open again?

The huts will be open again from 15 May with their regional specialities and delicacies. You can find out the exact opening times of the individual huts at the reception desk.

Are there any restrictions for various hikes? Where there might be too many guests and the way there and back is the same (e.g. gorges)?

You are fortunate that in Schladming-Dachstein there are countless hiking trails and peaks at your feet and therefore there are no restrictions here. Should you nevertheless encounter other hikers, please keep a 1 metre safety distance and avoid them. In this way you will protect yourself and the person opposite you. In a gorge there is usually another return path. Use this if possible.

Are there any changes to the scope of services of the Sommercard?

The Planaibahn kart race track cannot be opened this year. New inclusive services: Children's workshop, reopening of Schloss Großsölk and indoor swimming pool Ramsau as well as some bonus services.
Due to the current situation caused by the coronavirus and the resulting restrictions - legal and economic - we have to wait for further decisions of the federal government and the expert committees. Therefore, the currently stated opening hours and scope of services are not binding. We hope for your understanding.

Where can I find current information on the 2020/21 winter season in Schladming-Dachstein?

Current information about Covid19 measures and the winter season 2020/21 can be found here.

Do I have to wear a protective mask in the gondola?

Yes, the protective mask is currently mandatory on public transport.

All group-wide corona measures can be found here .
