Autumn Reset for Women
Three days just for you. This yoga retreat at Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming is a conscious escape for women – set amongst the mountains, in the rhythm of autumn.
Yoga, meditation and insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine give the weekend structure and depth. The Metal element of TCM – the energy of autumn – is an invitation to let go of what no longer serves you and find your way back to clarity. Breathwork, flowing practice and a workshop on the female cycle and inner rhythm. Suitable for all levels of experience.
The retreat is led by Lisa Stockreiter, a certified yoga and meditation teacher specialising in cycle awareness. In a small group setting, a safe and supportive space takes shape – for stillness, connection and something we rarely allow ourselves: to truly arrive.
