Dynamic flow
A flow that strengthens the body through various yoga positions and makes you sweat at the same time. Guided by mindful breathing, everyday life around you is forgotten and helps to overcome problems, stress, pressure and mental hurdles. One is encouraged to challenge oneself, try new things, and be patient.
Power flow
A challenging Vinyasa Flow that gets the circulation going. Strengthening sun salutations make the ABS glow, followed by the built-in HIIT series, make the yoga heart beat faster. A power flow would of course be nothing without a dynamic flow that brings us mentally and physically to another level.
