Pilates with STUDIO herzfeld
Pilates is a gentle yet effective full-body workout that strengthens the deep core muscles, improves posture and enhances body awareness. Through controlled movements and conscious breathing, flexibility, coordination and concentration are promoted, while stress is reduced and back tension relieved.
