Is there the possibility for an Early Check-In and Late Check-Out?

The rooms and the wellness area are at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of arrival and until 11.00 on the day of departure. Subject to availability, we are happy to offer you an early check-in with room and wellness use from 09.00 a.m. (extra charge of € 15.00 per person) and a late check-out with room and wellness use until 6.00 p.m. (extra charge of € 15.00 per person). Only in combination with an early check-in/out or late check-out is our Acquapura SPA available earlier or longer. We can guarantee that your room will be available at the earliest one day before arrival or one day before departure, as this depends on our booking situation.

Is there a porterage/valet service and if so, what measures are taken here?

For the protection and safety of all persons involved, all luggage and objects as well as your vehicle will be disinfected by our staff according to strict hygiene measures.

Are e-bikes at my disposal during my stay?

You are very welcome to borrow e-bikes from us for a small additional charge. We kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance. All rental helmets, the batteries and the handles will be disinfected before and after handover.

What are the meal times?

Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:30 and Saturday to Sunday from 07:00 to 11:30 dinner: Monday to Sunday from 18:30 to 20:30

Do I have to decide before my arrival when I will come for dinner?

No, according to current planning this is not necessary

I can choose any table I like and it will be at my disposal during the whole stay?

Our restaurant management will be pleased to welcome you every morning and evening in front of the restaurant entrance and to accompany you to a table. Please wait in advance with marked distance to other guests. Please note that the table will be reserved for you for the entire stay.

Do I now have to do without something at your breakfast buffet?

No. We will continue to spoil you with the same great variety for the morning in the form of a varied buffet with Live-Cooking Station. So nothing stands in the way of a perfect start to your holiday for every taste. We kindly ask you to use the disinfectant or disposable gloves provided on site in the restaurant or buffet area.

How can I imagine the dinner?

Within the framework of half board, our kitchen and service team will be happy to prepare a 5-course menu for you. Directly to your table you will be served your choice of drinks and the perfect wine recommendation as well as the starter, soup and main course and dessert. You can choose freely and spontaneously whether it should be a fish, meat or vegetarian dish. From the buffet you can help yourself to a salad buffet as well as to the crowning conclusion of the cheese buffet.

I would like to avoid contact with people. Can I have breakfast and dinner brought to my room?

This is possible with pleasure. We charge a Room Service Charge of € 3,50 per person for breakfast and € 7,50 per person for dinner.

Can I invite friends or family who are not staying at the hotel to dinner in your restaurant?

We are only able to offer you this subject to availability. We kindly ask you to inform us in time.

I am with a group in your hotel? How many guests are allowed at one table?

According to the current guidelines in Austria, there is no longer a maximum number of people who may sit at a table.

What measures are taken to avoid any risk of infection from the Daily Welcome (morning mail) and the daily newspapers?

For security reasons, printed matter is only handed out to guests in the entire hotel area by our trained staff on request.

May I take dogs into the restaurant?

We ask for your understanding that your beloved four-legged friends are not allowed in our restaurant Imago. However, if you would like to take your dog with you for dinner, we can prepare a nice table for you at our Atrium Bar.

When is the Atrium Bar open?

Do you currently offer SPA treatments in your hotel?

Yes, by appointment (please reserve in advance) from 09.30 to 19.00

How is the minimum distance ensured in the relaxation rooms?

We will equip various loungers with a beautifully decorated spacer and not provide them with a cushion, so that these loungers are left free.

Could it be that I can't get a bed?

Since fewer loungers are generally allowed to be used in order to keep the distances, we cannot completely rule out this in the case of full occupancy. In view of the current occupancy and the various resting places, we are very optimistic that everyone can enjoy the relaxation phase they deserve in our Acquapura SPA

How are the intervals in the saunas regulated?

Taking into account the legal minimum distance regulation for baths and wellness in accordance with the state-defined regulations, each guest needs 4 square meters in the saunas if they do not live in the same household.

In addition to the hotel's own wellness area, can I also use outdoor pools and bathing lakes?

As an alternative to our Acquapura SPA, there are also numerous swimming pools and baths in the region. You can get more information from our front office

Since we know that booking a trip currently causes insecurity for many people, and because we would like to remove this worry from our guests, we have developed a Premium Corona Travel Insurance for you with HanseMerkur Versicherung. Should you be unable to start your trip or have to depart from your trip earlier due to a Covid infection or suspected case of infection, the insurance will cover your entire travel costs without deduction.

The following scenarios are covered:

  • A quarantine ordered in written form by the public health department or doctor
  • The transportation by third parties (e.g. airport personnel) or the entry into the rental object is denied by the owner at the beginning of the journey

When cancellations are not covered:

  • Out of fear of infection (even with high infection numbers on site)
  • Because of the belonging to the so-called 'risk group'
  • Due to general exit limitations or travel warnings

Today many people have food intolerances or want to abstain from animal products entirely. For us, it goes without saying that we add to your holistic wellness on holiday, as well as with respect to food, by catering to your individual dietary requirements. In our restaurants vegan meals are available on request. From tofu to seasonal, home-made vegan dishes and special commercially-available vegan convenience products, seasonal fruit and sorbets. For breakfast enjoy seasonal products such as fruit, vegetables, jams and margarine. We are happy to serve you vegan spreads when you order in advance. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free products such as pasta, baked goods, cheese and sausage products, spreads and cereals are all available on request.  

If you have a diet which is vegan and/or gluten or lactose-free, we request that you inform us at the time of booking or a couple of days before you arrive.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer , following general cancellation conditions shall apply:

Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival is free. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation fees:

6 to 4 days before arrival: 

45% of the total amount of the booked stay

3 to 1 days before arrival: 

75% of the total amount of the booked stay

Day of arrival: 

90% of the total amount of the booked stay

In case of a no-show and early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
