  • The day begins with fresh bread from the village bakery, tangy alpine cheese, and wholesome power bowls. 
  • In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Marende – the South Tyrolean snack once served on mountain farms. 
  • Evenings bring refined flavours: regional ingredients meet creative cuisine, prepared with a delicate touch. 
  • A special highlight is the AlpenLounge Bar – the place to be for aperitifs, live music, and a weekly tasting market full of discoveries to sample and take home.

From winter onwards, families can look forward to even more space to play, discover, and feel at home. 

The new indoor nature play area features a climbing frame, workbench, and play kitchen, while teenagers can relax in the new chill-out lounge with PS5, Nintendo Switch, and cosy corners. 

During the holiday season, a caring entertainment programme runs six days a week – including evenings – bringing fun, games, and new friendships. Children’s menus cater to all tastes, and little ones up to the age of three stay for free – all year round.
