Yoga & sound moments
A week for yoga and sound: from 2 to 6 November, yoga teacher Maria Sturm guides guests of the Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming through an autumn pause in tune with the season. Hatha yoga and sound moments with crystal singing bowls alternate throughout the week – for anyone who wants to let go for a few hours and reconnect with themselves.
You can join individual sessions or combine them across the week. They don't build on one another, so each session stands on its own. That means you decide fresh each day what you feel like: hatha yoga in the morning, a sound bath in the evening where you simply lie back and listen to the singing bowls, or the session with a focus on the back.
Highlights
- 6 yoga and sound sessions to choose from, individually or across the week
- Back-friendly hatha yoga for all experience levels
- Sound moments with crystal singing bowls for inner calm
- Free of charge, registration via the spa
