The 7Summit Restaurant at the Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz is a place where culinary highlights can be truly celebrated - in a cozy, stylish atmosphere. Whether it's the light-flooded open kitchen area in the morning, the magnificent terrace with mountain panorama or differently designed parlors as a retreat in the evening: Here you can feel at ease at any time of day and enjoy with all your senses!
BREAKFAST
Prepare yourself for upcoming active adventures with an energetic breakfast or celebrate the first meal of the day with delicate culinary delights in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to the rich buffet with fresh pastries including our own Kronplatz bread, regional meats and dairy products from the surrounding area, a fruit juice bar, the varied selection of cereals including milk alternatives as well as superfoods, our guests may choose from freshly prepared highlights from the show kitchen to their heart's content. Order a variety of egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, porridge, barista coffee creations or exclusive add-ons such as caviar and champagne.
DINNER
After an eventful day, we want to give you another special highlight at dinner. A delicious aperitif followed by sharing-style antipasti will get you in the mood for the special culinary journey around the world. Subsequently, choose between the different dishes of the day from several starters, main courses and desserts or select your gourmet dinner from the fixed menu. There you will find typical South Tyrolean dishes as well as some of the dishes of 7Summits Guest Chefs.
