Additional services include a wellness bag with bathrobe, towels and slippers, a bottle of spring water on arrival, storage for winter and summer equipment, a library and insider tips from the Experience Concierge. One green fee at Golf Club Pustertal is also included per stay. From 1 October to 9 November, the cable car to Kronplatz is included, excluding bikes, paragliders and day tickets.

You can choose between bed and breakfast and 7Summit half board. The Active Mountain breakfast buffet is included with both options. Half board also includes a 7Summit dinner featuring South Tyrolean specialities.

Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 11.00 am and the 7Summits dinner from 6.30 to 9.00 pm. The On the Rocks bar is open from 11.00 am to midnight.

The nearest station is Bruneck; from there the hotel is about 10 minutes away by public transport. We are happy to arrange a pick-up at the station or a transfer upon request – just write to kronplatz@falkensteiner.com.

Bolzano airport is 80 kilometres away, a journey of about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Yes. Parking in the hotel’s underground garage is free of charge. The maximum vehicle height is 2.10 metres.

The valley station of the cable car is 200 metres from the hotel, a few minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take the ski bus.

Storage for winter and summer equipment is included in your stay. Ski rental and ski school are arranged through partner providers – just ask the Experience Concierge.

You can get your ski pass at the Experience Concierge desk in the hotel.

Snowcare is third-party liability insurance for skiers. You can buy it online for individual days at €3 per day.

Yes. Skiers in Italy are required to have third-party liability insurance. Keep the insurance document with you, ideally in digital form as well. If a skiing accident happens, contact the piste rescue service immediately.

Yes, dogs are welcome. Your dog can join you in the room, lobby and bar. The restaurants, pools and SPA area stay dog-free, so every guest finds the calm they are looking for.

The fee for staying with a dog is €39 per night and dog. The Welcome Dog Kit is included, food is not. Other pets are welcome upon request and at an additional charge.

Several veterinary practices are available in the area, including Dr Alois Furtschegger in Innichen and the Bruneck veterinary practice run by Dr Florian Beikircher and Dr Veronika Libert.

Yes. Two accessible rooms are available, as well as several step-free areas including the lobby, bar and terrace, restaurant, rooftop terrace, public toilets, treatment rooms, hammam and sauna and relaxation areas.

Depending on the room, accessible accommodation features a level-access shower, grab rails in the shower and by the toilet, and an emergency button in the bathroom. Some rooms also have an accessible outdoor area. Please check availability with us before booking.

Unless otherwise stated in the rate or package booked, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

If you cancel 13 to 7 days before arrival, 45% of the total amount is charged; 6 to 1 day before arrival, 75%; and on the day of arrival, 90%. In case of a no-show or early departure, up to 100% may be charged.
