Qi Gong Week

Experience relaxing autumn days dedicated to mindfulness, movement and inner balance. During our Qi Gong Days, you can enjoy two daily sessions designed to harmonise body, mind and breath.

Qi Gong is an ancient practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that helps strengthen vital energy, reduce stress and restore inner well-being.

The sessions will be led by Claudia Katharina Partl, who will guide you through the exercises with experience, sensitivity and care.

As an introduction to the event, a short lecture on Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine will take place on 10 October at 8:30 pm.

The Qi Gong Days are suitable for all levels. No registration is required, all guests are welcome to join the sessions.
