Qi Gong Week

Experience soothing days dedicated to relaxation, gentle movement and inner balance. During our Qi Gong Days, you can enjoy daily sessions that harmonise body, mind and breath.

Qi Gong is an ancient practice that supports the strengthening of life energy, helps reduce stress and fosters new vitality.

You will be guided by experienced teachers Monika Kaltenhauser and Johanna Wimmer, who lead the sessions with mindfulness and individual attention.

The Qi Gong Days are suitable for all levels. No registration is required – all guests are welcome to join the sessions with ease.
