This year’s exciting new addition is brunch – a moment designed to let guests ease into the day slowly and savour every bite.

Breakfast and lunch are available without reservation, although the Intolerance Zero Corner and pizza service are not included.

In the evening, authentic Calabrian cuisine takes guests on a journey through the flavours of local tradition. A generous buffet of starters opens the dining experience, followed by two large pots serving a seafood first course and a land-based speciality each evening. At the grill, freshly prepared meat and fish specialities complete a dinner experience full of authentic character and flavour.
