An evening for true gourmets: As part of an exclusive 5-course dinner, South Tyrolean Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser will present a signature menu and prepare two starters live together with our Executive Chef Philipp Wildling in the show kitchen. Experience two passionate chefs up close.

Theodor Falser is renowned for his uncompromisingly regional nature cuisine, defined by pure flavours and deep respect for ingredients and origin. Together with our Executive Chef, he creates extraordinary dishes inspired by the region and the fresh produce from our permaculture garden.

For the perfect pairing, Austria’s youngest Master of Wine, Maximilian Glatz, will share his passion for exceptional wines. An exclusive wine pairing, perfectly matched to the menu, can be booked optionally.

Round off the evening with live music at the Atrium Bar.
