Alpine Adriatic Cuisine
We have made the cuisine of the region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps Falkensteiner‘s culinary trademark and our guests really appreciate it. But if you spend your holiday in a specific region, you should be able to taste the local culinary specialities as well.
This is why we draw our inspiration from the respective, regional specialities: from Tauern lamb to mountain stream trout. Exquisite cuisine and exceptionally cordial service can be found at the Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming and provides comfort and a special Welcome-Home atmosphere. Furthermore some Styrian wines of superior quality are only waiting to leave our wine cellar.
VEGAN ANd GLUTEN-FREE CUISINE - HOLISTIC WELLNESS
Today many people have food intolerances or want to abstain from animal products entirely. For us, it goes without saying that we add to your holistic wellness on holiday, as well as with respect to food, by catering to your individual dietary requirements. If you have a diet which is vegan and/or gluten-free, we request that you inform us at the time of booking or a couple of days before you arrive.
The following are the main meals times of the restaurant:
- 07.00 am - 10.30 am
- 06.30 pm - 10.00 pm
To be able to enjoy our 6-course half-board menu in peace, we kindly ask you to take a seat at our restaurant Steirer until 9.00 pm.
Our hotel bar is open from 10.30 am until 00.30 am. In addition to our large variety of drinks, we serve small snacks from our bar menu from 11.00 am. till 09.00 pm.
For the hunger afterwards we offer you at our genießBAR a small variety of snacks from 09.30 pm on.
