Our fitness and gym area has great views of the surrounding mountains, and includes everything you need to give your heart, circulation and body a boost. In our equipment area, you'll find the most modern equipment available to use free of charge. Fitness training with heart rate control is the best way to achieve training results.

For beginners and regular gym goers, there are fitness courses and a modern gym.    Programs are offered for groups encompassing physical activity and mental relaxation. With all sporting activities, the most important thing is fun.
