Is access to the fitness room still possible?

The fitness room will be open normally.

What about the swimming pools?

The swimming pools are open and accessible according to the legal requirements and the social distancing measures in force.

Will bicycle rental still be available?

The hotel regularly offers bicycle rental service, free of charge.

Will there be childcare?

Assistance for children will continue to be offered in our hotel, but in compliance with the maximum group size required by law. It will be available for children ages 3 and up.
Due to the current situation, childcare for children aged 0 to 2.9 is unfortunately not possible. Babysitting is available on request (for a fee).


Will there be a SPA offer? What about the saunas?

The SPA services are normally provided within the 8 cabins dedicated to treatments and massages, upon reservation, available also fore not residendential guests. The saunas are currently closed due to current regulations.


Will there be a buffet breakfast?

The hotel offers a served buffet breakfast, where you will be required to wear masks (if you don't have one, we will be happy to provide it).

What are the rules for using the mask?

In general: the mask can be removed during the meal or seated at the table, but must be put back on when getting up.

Is room service offered?

Room service is offered for a fee.

What are the procedures in the restaurant?

Every day our hostesses are happy to accompany you to the table. The restaurant area will be open during the usual hours. There will be no turns or rotation. Reservations at Lunch and Dinner for not residential guest are welcome.

Is there a buffet for children?

For children there is a rich a la carte menu.


How is access to the hotel regulated?

The whole area of the hotel is reserved exclusively for our guests. There is a separate entrance for guests and staff.

How is the entry of staff regulated?

Employees enter the hotel through a separate entrance. They go through a security station before entering the hotel and before each shift. Each employee disinfects their hands, each time receives a new protective mask for the nose and new gloves. The temperature is then checked and recorded.

Is there a special room cleaning service?

Particular attention has always been paid to the cleaning of the rooms, which in these months will even be intensified. In particular, each room after each departure receives a thorough cleaning, with scrupulous disinfection and sanitization.

Check In and Check Out

Will check-in and check-out times change?

The check-in / check-out times remain unchanged and will not be changed (check-in from 15.00, check-out at 11.00) On departure there will be the possibility of receiving the invoice at the reception.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, we still recommend contactless payment, but cash is also expected. We remind you that the limit in Italy is € 2,999.

Should you be unable to start your trip or have to depart from your trip earlier due to a Covid infection or suspected case of infection, the insurance will cover your entire travel costs without deduction.

The following scenarios are covered:

  • A quarantine ordered in written form by the public health department or doctor
  • The transportation by third parties (e.g. airport personnel) or the entry into the rental object is denied by the owner at the beginning of the journey

When cancellations are not covered:

  • Out of fear of infection (even with high infection numbers on site)
  • Because of the belonging to the so-called 'risk group'

If you have a diet which is vegan and/or gluten or lactose-free, we request that you inform us at the time of booking or a couple of days before you arrive.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, following general cancellation conditions shall apply:

If you need to change your travel plans on short notice, you may cancel your booking up to 3 days before arrival, without any penalty. If a cancellation is made within 3 days, the hotel reserves the right to charge to following cancellation fees:

20% of the total amount of the booked stay

1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival: 

100% of the total amount of the booked stay

In case of a no-show, not used rooms and early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.
