Collio Special Edition

With the PURO Wine Collection – Collio Special Edition, the restaurant PURO Cucina Autentica dedicates an exceptional evening to the Collio region of Friuli, one of Italy’s most historic denominations and a benchmark for outstanding Italian white wines. Nestled between the Julian Alps and the Adriatic Sea, this unique terroir is shaped by the distinctive “ponca” soil, a mix of marl and sandstone that gives the wines their renowned minerality, depth, and longevity.

In collaboration with the Consorzio Collio, four producers will be present in person to introduce their wines, offering a rare opportunity for direct dialogue with those who continue a winemaking tradition internationally recognised since 1968, when Collio was awarded DOC status as one of the first regions in Italy.

The selected labels will be paired with a four-course menu created by our Chef, highlighting elegance, structure, and a strong sense of place. The event is open to both hotel guests and external visitors and represents a unique opportunity to experience the character of Collio in a refined and contemporary setting.
