PURO Wine Collection
Dinner with the Winemaker - Endrizzi Winery
The PURO Wine Collection is a series of exclusive tasting dinners where PURO Cucina Autentica, at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo, opens its table to a single winery: one producer per evening, one wine region at a time, a food and wine pairing built together with the people who make the wine.
On 4 September the guest is Cantina Endrizzi, one of the oldest wine estates in Trentino, founded in 1885 by the Endrici family in Masetto, San Michele all'Adige — the same terroir where Augustinian monks were already cultivating the vine in the Middle Ages. Five generations later, the estate remains family-run: today Paolo and Christine, alongside their children Lisa Maria and Daniele, continue a project deeply rooted in the region and open to contemporary winemaking.
The evening features a selection of Trentino red and white wines alongside Trentodoc classic method, paired with a menu created by PURO Cucina Autentica to complement each label. A member of the family will be present from San Michele all'Adige to present the winery and its wines.
