PURO Special Dinner - Guest Chef Alessandro Gavagna
On 29 June, PURO Cucina Autentica hosts a special dinner with Chef Alessandro Gavagna of Trattoria al Cacciatore – La Subida di Cormons, one of Italy's most respected Michelin-starred restaurants, alongside the Executive Chef of Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo.
La Subida has held its Michelin star uninterruptedly since 2006 — a recognition that speaks to a kitchen deeply rooted in the Friuli territory, in seasonality, and in carefully selected local ingredients. A cuisine where each dish reflects a place, a season, and the hands that shaped it.
The menu features five courses plus a welcome and a pre-dessert, accompanied by a wine pairing from the same land as Chef Gavagna.
With just 50 seats available and a coordinated start at 8.00 pm, this is an intimate and exclusive evening not to be missed.
