PURO Special Dinner - Guest Chef Alessandro Gavagna
On 29 June 2026, PURO Cucina Autentica hosts a special four-hands dinner with chef Alessandro Gavagna from Trattoria al Cacciatore – La Subida (1 Michelin star), together with the Executive Chef of Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo.
The evening brings together two culinary identities: the Collio region, with a cuisine rooted in the land, seasonality and carefully selected ingredients, and the expression of Jesolo’s lagoon cuisine, creating a dialogue that highlights different territories and traditions.
A dining experience designed for those who appreciate cuisine as a form of expression, where two perspectives come together in a contemporary interpretation of flavour, balance and sharing.
