Gröbming Krampus Run 2026
At first it’s just a distant rumble, then it grows louder: heavy bells, stamping feet, and suddenly they emerge from the darkness – shaggy figures with horns and hand-carved masks. On Saturday, 28 November 2026, around 40 groups from Austria and Germany parade across the main square in Gröbming. Each costume takes countless hours of work, and here you can admire every detail up close. Goosebumps guaranteed.
Gröbming is around 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel.
