Bread Baking at Trogermühle Mill
For those looking for an experience around Schladming that stays with both children and adults alike, the Naturpark Sölktäler is well worth a visit.
Every Friday, the Trogermühle mill in Mößna invites visitors to get hands-on: at the only intact mill in the region, guests can watch grain being ground into flour right before their eyes. Afterwards, everyone bakes their own loaf in a traditional stone oven – and while the bread fills the air with its scent and turns golden, a small woodland and water play area keeps the little ones entertained. Participation is free with the Schladming-Dachstein Card. Pre-registration is required by Thursday, 12.00 pm; the event takes place in fine weather only. Organised by Naturpark Sölktäler.
