SPORTS HIGHLIGHTS IN PUNTA SKALA

The light poles provide the perfect atmosphere for exhilarating night matches and are suitable for both amateurs and professionals. Enhance your technique with the help of our tennis academy coaches, or book courts without coaching. The Sports & Rental shop in Fortis Club is available to purchase or rent any necessary equipment. Our expert coaches offer private and group lessons for all ages and levels — from beginners to competitive players — including individual, couples, family and junior programs (ages 4+). Perfect your technique, build strategy or prepare for tournaments, all in a fun, supportive environment. Available seasonally.

Padel is quickly becoming the go-to sport, and Punta Skala provides two courts outdoors. As it's a game for four people, you can team up with your friends or look for a squad at the Sports & Rental shop. For those just starting out, the Sunball academy has coaches who will teach you all you need to know about this exhilarating sport. If you don't own your own padel racket, you can rent one from the Sports & Rental shop at Fortis Club. This offer is valid from 15.02. to 31.12.

Enjoy a game of football with your children on artificial turf or a larger field with a soft surface. At Sports & Rental you can rent a football at any time. In the summer season, we offer football camps Arsenal, where kids & teens from 6 to 14 years can spend their holidays actively. Our camps take place from 22.06. to 04.09.

Zadar, the largest town near the resort, is known as the city of basketball with big names of world basketball such as Krešimir Ćosić, who started playing on the streets of Zadar and finished his career in the NBA. Maybe a future basketball star will be discovered on the Punta Skala court, you never know!  You can rent basketballs in the Sports & Rental Shop and play exciting games on our soft surface. Open from 15.02. to 31.12.

Experience pure summer atmosphere on our two courts in front of the Fortis Club. Warm sand under your toes, a gentle sea breeze and the shared fun of a classic beach holiday await you! You can also borrow volleyballs free of charge from the Sports & Rental Shop. The season opens on 15.02. and runs until 31.12.

Right on the main beach, the Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala water sports station puts adventure just a few steps away from your sunbeds. Choose from SUP boards, kayaks and e-foils, let the kids enjoy the aquapark or grab snorkeling gear and explore beneath the surface. It's the perfect spot to have fun, soak up the sun and stay active. Whichever activity you choose, it's a wonderful way to discover the beauty of the Punta Skala peninsula from the water. Available seasonally.

Experience the beauty of the Punta Skala peninsula and its coastline on a tour on two wheels. Take a mountain bike, an e-bike or an electric scooter and have fun exploring the different routes. Our sports team will provide you with cycling maps and advise you on the best routes and cycling apps for the Zadar region, depending on your preferences. Our Sports & Rental Shop also offers helmets and bike seats for children. Our tours are available from 15.02 to 31.12

Experience yoga like never before at the Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala! Whether you prefer it active or calm, we offer yoga classes to suit your needs. Try our FloatFit Yoga, which helps you regain energy and balance, or Yogilates for inner serenity. A unique experience are our Wim Hof workshops, where you can learn special breathing techniques and cool down in ice buckets for an extra charge. Our yoga courses are available from 01.04 to 01.10.

In addition to our outdoor sports centre, which offers numerous fields for various purposes, Fortis Club features a modern fitness centre with an area of over 800 m2, equipped with more than 40 Technogym machines for individual or group training, kettlebell training, HIIT training and boot camps, and also provides the necessary analyses for developing individual training plans. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings with activities such as Nordic walking, running by the coast or yoga classes both indoors and outdoors on a plateau by the sea. The Fortis Club is open from 15.02 to 08.01.

Climb to new heights on the fourteen-metre high climbing wall on the north wall of the Family Hotel Diadora! Thanks to state-of-the-art safety precautions, special shoes and climbing harnesses, climbing the wall is a safe and fun experience for all ages. There are several routes with different levels of difficulty, so you can choose the one that suits you best. Join a group activity, challenge someone to a race or overcome your fear of heights - whatever you choose, you're sure to have a great time here (with a fantastic view from the top!). Grab your putters and bring the whole family to our eighteen-hole mini golf course, where friendly competition and plenty of laughs are guaranteed for all ages. Whether you're lining up the perfect shot or cheering on the little ones, it's a relaxed way to spend quality time together. Beyond the fun, mini golf is a great way to stay active and bond as a family — while kids pick up skills like counting, planning their shots, and problem-solving along the way. Reservations for play time are available at reception or at the Fortis Club.
