The conscious use of resources is part of our daily hotel operations. At Falkensteiner, sustainability is understood as a long-term task – from energy and mobility to purchasing and cooperation with regional partners. Many measures are developed centrally within the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group, while others are developed directly in the hotels and adapted to the respective location.

Mobility & accessibility

The Schlosshotel Velden is easily accessible even without a car.

Velden am Wörthersee railway station is only a few minutes away from the hotel.

100% of the hotel's electricity supply comes from green energy.
