On Thursday, 10 December 2026, STUDIO herzfeld invites you to an evening of sound in the Infinity Suite: the vibrations of the gong guide a calm sound journey – for deep relaxation and a moment fully with yourself. No previous experience is required.

Get-together with tea, coffee and an introduction to the world of the gong | mindful breathing or meditation exercise to prepare | gong sound bath | time to reflect in silence | incense ritual for grounding and clarity | a relaxed close with conversation, tea and Schloss cinnamon rolls

External guests are warmly welcome; a hotel room is not required. Places are limited and booking is required. Parking in the hotel's underground car park is complimentary for participants.

What to bring: a blanket and a cushion, warm, comfortable clothing, a soft mat underlay (e.g. a sleeping bag).

Important note: The gong bath is not suitable for pregnant women.
