On the rustic Sattelberg Hut in Ramsau am Dachstein, surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery of the Schladming-Dachstein region, this cooking course offers authentic insights into traditional Styrian cuisine.
After a warm welcome by host Lydia Schrempf, participants discover the traditional Styrian “Miasl”, prepared in both sweet and savoury versions - a true insider tip of Austrian Alpine cooking. Guests cook together and enjoy the finished dishes in a cosy hut atmosphere with panoramic mountain views.
