PURO Cucina Autentica invites guests to rediscover Italian cuisine through a contemporary perspective, where simplicity becomes an expression of quality and each ingredient tells its own story. Open to both hotel guests and external visitors, PURO unfolds across two distinct moments, designed to follow the natural rhythm of the day.
At lunchtime, the cuisine is light and relaxed, with fresh dishes inspired by Italian and international flavours, ideal for an easy-going break just steps from the beach.
In the evening, the experience evolves into a sharing concept, where dishes are placed at the centre of the table and enjoyed together. This approach brings a natural sense of conviviality, combining authentic flavours with balanced compositions and a more social way of dining. Throughout the season, PURO also hosts culinary events and collaborations with selected producers and partners.
For a more intimate setting, a private dining room is available for tailored experiences, ideal for small groups and special occasions.
