Dinner with the Winemaker | De Stefani

With the PURO Wine Collection – Dinner with the Winemaker, the restaurant PURO Cucina Autentica dedicates an evening to De Stefani, a family-run winery from Veneto known for its distinctive and quality-driven approach. Among the selected labels, Prosecco will feature prominently, presented alongside other wines from the estate to offer a broader insight into its winemaking identity.

A member of the De Stefani family will personally guide the evening, sharing insights into production philosophy, vineyard practices and stylistic choices. Guests will have the opportunity to explore one of the world’s most recognised wines — often enjoyed, yet not always fully understood — together with further expressions that complete the winery’s portfolio.

The selected wines will be paired with a four-course menu created by our Chef, creating a balanced dialogue between cuisine and wine. The event is open to both hotel guests and external visitors and represents an opportunity to experience Veneto’s winemaking character in a refined and contemporary setting.
