PURO La Spaghettata
A steaming terrine at the centre of the table, the inviting aroma of freshly served pasta, and a dinner designed to be enjoyed together.
With PURO La Spaghettata, PURO Cucina Autentica introduces a weekly experience inspired by Italian dining culture, where the focus is on sharing and enjoying the moment. The highlight of the evening is La Spaghettata with lobster, prepared with selected ingredients and served in a central terrine, from which each guest serves their own plate, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
The experience is complemented by a fresh vegetable pinzimonio, a glass of wine and a sorbet, inviting guests to take their time and enjoy the rhythm of the evening.
Every Tuesday evening, PURO is dedicated exclusively to this format. The experience is open to both hotel guests and external visitors.
