South Styrian wine culture, shaped over nearly two centuries – presented personally by the Regele winemaking family.
Weingut Regele in South Styria traces its history back to 1830. Today, Georg and Ingrid Regele run the estate together with their son Franz across around 18 hectares of vineyards – all hand-harvested, from acclaimed sites including Oberglanzberg, Sulz and the historic Zoppelberg. Franz Regele pairs time-honoured craftsmanship with a forward-thinking approach: ageing in amphorae and concrete eggs, as well as working with PIWI varieties, show that tradition and innovation go hand in hand here. Sustainable farming in harmony with nature remains the foundation of everything they do.
