Summit Ascent of the Hoher Dachstein (B/C)
The Hoher Dachstein is not a mountain you simply tick off a list. At 2,995 metres, it is the highest peak in Styria – and reaching the summit takes more than a good mood. Alpine terrain, changing conditions, and real altitude demand respect. And that is precisely what makes it so special.
The gondola takes you up into the high mountains first – from there, the guided tour continues through rocky terrain all the way to the summit. Experienced guides accompany the group, explain the route, and ensure safety on the mountain throughout. A solid foundation of alpine knowledge and good physical fitness are required. Difficulty level: B/C.
