Advent at the Talbach

From 28 November to 21 December 2025, everything will once again revolve around the Christ Child and its helpers. Conveying the joyful anticipation of Christmas, just like it used to be. This year too, the area at the Talbach around the Talbachschenke will be transformed into a festive Advent market. Childlike butterflies in the stomach, the scent of Christmas in the air, Christmas songs in the ears, Styrian delicacies and homemade goods await you.

Opening hours Advent at Talbach:

• Friday, 28 November to Sunday, 30 November 2025
• Friday, 05 December to Monday, 08 December 2025
• Friday, 12 December to Sunday, 14 December 2025
• Friday, 19 December to Sunday, 21 December 2025

• Opening hours: 4.00 to 8.00 pm
• The food and beverage stands are open until 9.00 pm

A very special highlight of the Schladming Mountain Christmas is the “Advent Magic in the Talbach Gorge.

On two Saturdays, the gorge will once again shine in its pre-Christmas, wild and romantic magic. The hiking trail along the Talbach will be staged with light effects, and there will be singing, music, and storytelling.
