At the 7Summits Restaurant, South Tyrolean roots meet European influences. The culinary concept brings together an antipasti buffet, refined à la carte dishes, and a final cheese buffet with regional specialities. At its heart: seven signature dishes, inspired by seven Dolomite peaks. The foundation comes from surrounding South Tyrolean farms, complemented by flavours from the Alps and the Mediterranean.

7Summit Slow Food

The Dolomites sit between cultures – Ladin, Italian, and Austrian. The 7Summit kitchen moves the same way. Head chef Federico Carsili and his team, joined by invited guest chefs, bring the seven summits of the Dolomites to the table. Seven dishes, each dedicated to one of the seven peaks – changing with the seasons, rooted in the farms and traditions of South Tyrol.

Start at the antipasti buffet and our open kitchen. Then choose freely from the daily menu, or combine it with our seasonal Summit classics – served to your table. Regional cheese from local producers, refined à la carte dishes, and honest ingredients from the surrounding valleys. Clear flavours. A dining experience as distinctive as the Kronplatz itself.
