Is there a main recommendation or summary regarding hygiene and prevention against COVID?

Do not forget the mandatory distance of at least 2 meters (in case of swimming pool, sauna and outdoor terrace 1.5 meters) - this does not apply to families, couples and groups. Disinfect your hands on arrival at the hotel, restaurant, spa, swimming pool, toilet… Wash your hands thoroughly upon each arrival at the room. Try to limit contact with different surfaces if possible. For this purpose, disinfection will be prepared in selected places, we will regularly clean and disinfect common areas, handrails, railings, elevator buttons, etc. If you do not feel well, stay calm and do not hesitate to contact us. We will take care of you.

Where do I have to wear a mask in the hotel?

Please wear your mask in all public areas with the exception of saunas and swimming pools, in the restaurant with the exception at the table.

Dinner 18:00 - 20:00 (divided into two time slots: 18:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 20:00)

Will guests be given a specific meal time?

Breakfast and lunch without any time restrictions within the alloted time. For dinner, 2 periods of one hour are available.

Do I have to wear a mask in the restaurant?

In general: the mask can be taken off during the meal or while sitting at the table, but must be put on again when getting up.

Will food be provided buffet style?

We offer self service buffet, at least in part, for all meals. At dinner, your elected main course and dessert will be served. Please select your choice on day of arrival, and for the following day.

How will the tables be allocated?

For dinner, there is a table reserved for your during your stay. For breakfast and lunch you may choose an availabe table.

The terrace is open until 22:00 due to the night quiet.

Spa and Pools

Will all pools be open?

Yes, we look forward to seeing you, all 5 swimming pools will be available to our guests, including the outdoor pool

Will the access to the swimming pool, changing rooms or sauna be limited by the number of people?

Due to a government regulation, a maximum number of persons is set. A coordinator will be present on site to ensure that the number of people is not exceeded. In pools and saunas, a distance of 1.5 m is required.

Will you have all saunas in operation?

3 out of 4 saunas are open. Sauna rituals are not possible at this time. 

Do I have to wear a mask by the pool and in the sauna?

Currently it is not necessary to wear face masks. It is up to you to consider to wear it, especially when it is not possible to keep distance, such as in elevators.

Price for holiday with a dog

€ 15, - per night (without food). 

Today many people have food intolerances or want to abstain from animal products entirely. For us, it goes without saying that we add to your holistic wellness on holiday, as well as with respect to food, by catering to your individual dietary requirements. In our restaurants vegan meals are available on request. From tofu to seasonal, home-made vegan dishes, and special commercially-available vegan convenience products, seasonal fruit and sorbets. For breakfast enjoy seasonal products such as fruit, vegetables, jams and margarine. We are happy to serve you vegan spreads when you order in advance. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free products such as pasta, baked goods, cheese and sausage products, spreads and cereals are all available on request.  

If you have a diet which is vegan and/or gluten or lactose-free, we request that you inform us at the time of booking or a couple of days before you arrive.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, following general cancellation conditions shall apply:

If you need to change your travel plans on short notice, you may cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival, without any penalty. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, the hotel reserves the right to charge to following cancellation fees:

6 to 4 days before arrival:

45% of the total amount of the booked stay

3 days to 1 day before arrival:

75% of the total amount of the booked stay

On the day of arrival:

90% of the total amount of the booked stay

In case of a no-show and early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount.
