Zwiebelrostbraten, Schnitzel, Buchteln – but plant-based. Hannah Baresch of Virtskuchl from Styria has made it her mission to reimagine Austrian cuisine. As a trained nutrition educator and passionate chef, she shows that hearty home cooking and plant-based cuisine are not just compatible – together, they truly come into their own. Those who have had the pleasure of experiencing Hannah here before will know: her plant-based Zwiebelrostbraten has already won over more than a few of our guests. We are delighted to welcome her back.
