Schalk Mühle pleasure tour
Experience the unique atmosphere of the rustic walls of the “Schalk Mühle” and immerse yourself in the traditional production process of genuine Styrian pumpkin seed oil during a personally guided gourmet tour. The tour takes you from the rustic, 6-storey flour mill to the lovingly restored and accessible hydroelectric power plant museum and the modern hydroelectric power plant with fish ladder. The tour culminates in a tasting of the 30 or so in-house products - all of which are of outstanding organic quality, made with raw materials that are almost 100% Austrian, sustainable and CO2-neutral.
