Goose Season at Seespitz
Three goose dishes à la carte, available in November only at Seespitz Restaurant & Living.
In November, life on Lake Wörthersee slows down, the evenings draw in earlier and goose appears on the menu at Seespitz.
There are three dishes, each available to order separately. To start, there are goose rillettes with pickles, Joseph Brot bread and cassis mustard. If you still have room for an in-between course, choose the goose foie gras on smoked potato cream with fig jus and chervil.
For the main course, leg of goose arrives at the table with crackling dumplings, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts and cranberries.
