Snow chains are mandatory in winter on the final 10 km.

Free outdoor parking is available directly in front of the main building, with further free spaces around 100 m away. Underground garage spaces are available on request for €20 per night, some with EV charging stations.

Check-in is possible from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. A guaranteed late check-out can be booked, subject to availability, for a surcharge (until noon: €50, until 2 pm: €75, until 6 pm: €150), as can a guaranteed early check-in (from 10 am: €150, from noon: €75, from 2 pm: €50).

Reception is available daily from 7am to 9.30 pm.

You can choose between apartments and chalets, all with a fully equipped kitchen. The 41 apartments are located in the main building and offer space for one to seven people; the 20 chalets are spread across the entire property and come in three sizes for one to seven people.

Terms vary depending on the rate booked: with the non-refundable rate including breakfast, full payment is due at booking and free cancellation is not possible. With the best available rate including breakfast, 30% is due at booking, with the balance due up to 14 days before arrival; free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. With the flexible rate including breakfast, payment and free cancellation are both possible up to one day before arrival.

Included, among other things: a bottle of mountain spring water, access to the 1,000 m² alpin.spa with infinity pool, saunas and steam bath, breakfast at the Hutterer alpin.restaurant, an alpin.spa bag and bathrobes for loan, daily towel and linen changes on request, a fitness area open daily from 7am to 9 pm, an extensive activity programme including yoga, free use of the toll road and cable cars with the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard in summer, free parking, and an unsupervised children's and teens' playroom with games to borrow.

Children aged 0 to 5 stay free of charge in a bedside cot (on request), sofa bed or bunk bed, provided the booked category includes one. From age 6, a surcharge from €50 applies for a sofa bed or bunk bed including breakfast; the exact amount varies depending on the booking period and occupancy.

For guests travelling with a baby, we provide a high chair, bottle warmer, steriliser, nappy bin, changing mat, baby bath and night light, so you don't have to bring your own equipment from home. The package costs €49 per stay.

The children's playroom features a painting and craft station, while the teens' room offers table tennis, table football and a PlayStation.

Yes, dogs are warmly welcome – please register your dog when booking. The surcharge is €30 per night. At breakfast, dogs are welcome on the sun terrace, and from midday also inside the Hutterer alpin.restaurant. The wellness, fitness and children's play areas remain dog-free, and chairs, benches and sun loungers are reserved for human guests.

Yes, the Hutterer alpin.restaurant serves à la carte from morning to evening. It is located in its own building, just a few metres from the main house and clearly signposted. For the short outdoor walk, weatherproof clothing is ideal on cool or rainy days.

Yes, our kitchen team offers vegetarian and vegan dishes and is happy to accommodate intolerances and allergies.

Yes, at any time of day, for a service surcharge of €25 per order.

Yes, the wellness area is available free of charge before check-in and after check-out.

Yes, children are welcome in the alpin.spa until 8 pm. From 7.00 to 8.00 am and from 8.00 to 9.00 pm, the entire spa area is reserved for adults.

Yes, our guests receive the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard free of charge. It is valid from 1 May to 1 November 2026 and offers a wide range of free and bonus benefits from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

14 modern ski lifts open up 40 km of slopes reaching up to 2,000 m altitude. Highlights include the 7.4 km valley descent Höss Totale and the 3.5 km Hannes Trinkl World Cup course. For families, there's the SNOWtrail with wave track and the 16,500 m² Sunny Kids Park.

Yes, the SuperSkiCard is valid in the Hinterstoder ski area and grants access to a total of 87 ski resorts in the region.

Yes, there is a ski room on the garden level with ski boot warmers and lockers. The chalets also have their own ski boot warmers.

The mountains around Hinterstoder also have plenty to offer non-skiers: snowshoe trails on the Höss, cross-country skiing, winter paragliding and sledging. The resort doesn't offer sledges, but ski-bobs and snow discs are available free of charge.
