The evening menu, created by Chef Theodor Falser, reinterprets Mediterranean tradition, shaping a new vision of taste rooted in the quality of raw ingredients and a deep connection with the local territory.

The evocative beachfront location provides the perfect setting for this refined gastronomic journey, where simplicity becomes excellence.

To complete the experience, there is a carefully curated selection of local and international wines and a cocktail list to be enjoyed overlooking the sea.
