Yoga Retreat with Marcel Clementi

From 17 to 20 September, Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo hosts the Yoga Retreat with Marcel Clementi, a structured four-day programme designed for those who wish to dedicate time to mindful movement, reflection and the unique atmosphere of the Adriatic seaside. This is a complete retreat with a continuous programme: participation is intended for the full experience, from Thursday’s opening session through to the closing practice on Sunday morning. The retreat will be held entirely in German. The days combine yoga practice, mobility sessions and inspirational moments with free time to enjoy the beach, the wellness area and the relaxed seaside setting of Jesolo. The programme also includes an optional excursion to Venice. Marcel Clementi guides the group with a clear, accessible and motivating approach. The retreat is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

THURSDAY

• 4 pm Start of the retreat & introduction
• 5 pm Yoga for all levels
• 7 pm Shared dinner

FRIDAY

• 8 am Morning Hatha Yoga
• 12 pm Beach talk: La Dolce Vita – learning lightness and serenity
• Free time for beach, spa, wellness, treatments, cycling or seaside walks
• 5 pm Power Yoga – lightness in movement
• 7 pm Shared dinner

SATURDAY

• 8 am Morning mobility – more strength, flexibility & wellbeing
• Optional excursion to Venice
• 5 pm Foam rolling, stretching & relaxation
• 7 pm Shared dinner

SUNDAY

• 8 am Slow Vinyasa Flow & joint closing of the retreat
