Juice Tasting with Hofladen Muhr

Discover natural juices and fine regional specialities from Hofladen Muhr at Falkensteiner Hotel Schladming. This traditional family-run producer is based in the Pöllau Valley Nature Park in Eastern Styria, Austria. For generations, the Muhr family has cultivated orchards and traditional meadow fruit gardens, processing freshly harvested fruit directly on their farm.

Their juices, nectars and fruit creations are made from fully ripe varieties such as Hirschbirne pear, apple, pear, apricot, peach and plum. Gently pressed and free from artificial additives, they preserve a pure and authentic flavour.

In addition to juices, Hofladen Muhr also produces fine fruit brandies, liqueurs, jams and seasonal fruit specialities, shaped by regional origin, craftsmanship and Styrian culinary tradition.
