Ski Opening with Armin Assinger
One weekend, one guest of honour, and the first turns of the season. The lifts are running again, the plateau is turning white, and the season starts in good company. From 27 to 29 November 2026 Armin Assinger spends the weekend with our guests, at the bar, on the slopes, and at the stadium. Austrian downhiller with four World Cup wins, ORF commentator since 1995, and still the holder of the highest average speed ever recorded in a ski race: more than 112 km/h. An evening to get to know him. A day on the slopes at his side. And a puck drop that opens the hockey game.
WHEN & WHAT
- Friday 27 November: Meet and greet with aperitif, 6.00 pm, On The Rocks Bar
- Friday 27 November: Dinner at the 7 Summits Restaurant, 6.30 pm. Transfer to the ice hockey stadium, 7.15 pm
- Friday 27 November: Ice hockey game HC Falkensteiner Pustertal vs EC VSV Villach, 7.45 pm, with the ceremonial puck drop by Armin Assinger
- Saturday 28 November: Ski day with Armin Assinger, meeting point ski room, 8.00 am. Guiding in German, aged 14 and over, open to all levels
- Sunday 29 November: Your own day on the slopes, no group, no schedule, on up to 125 km of pistes, snow conditions permitting
