PURO Wine Collection
With PURO Wine Collection – Dinner with the Winemaker, the restaurant PURO Cucina Autentica launches a series of evenings in which wine and cuisine engage in an authentic, contemporary dialogue. The series opens with a special first edition featuring Ilaria Felluga, sixth generation at the helm of the historic wineries Marco Felluga and Russiz Superiore in the Collio region of Friuli. She will personally present and introduce her wines, guiding guests through the nuances of terroir, heritage, and vision.
Four labels from the estate, already part of our wine list, will be paired with a four-course menu created by our Chef, shaping a refined gastronomic experience at Falkensteiner Hotel Jesolo that invites conversation, discovery, and direct interaction with the winemaker herself.
