OroBlu – Fine Dining in a Ski-Lift Cabin by the Sea

Starting on 28 October 2026, Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo invites guests to discover OroBlu, a new pop-up dining concept where Alpine heritage meets the charm of the Adriatic Sea.

Three former ski-lift cabins, carefully restored, find a new life on the beach in front of the hotel, set on a wooden deck surrounded by fire pits and inviting lounge areas. Heated and overlooking the sea, each cabin accommodates up to six guests in an intimate and atmospheric setting, offering a truly unique dining experience.

From gourmet breakfast and business lunch to refined dinners under the Adriatic sky, OroBlu celebrates the pleasure of dining with a variety of culinary experiences for different moments and occasions.

Gourmet Breakfast

Make the start of your day special with a selection of sweet and savoury dishes, available à la carte or as a Full Tasting experience at €45 per person. The Full Tasting includes a selection curated by the Chef, one à la carte dish, coffee or tea, and juice.

Business Lunch

Enjoy a delicious midday break with a set menu at €30 per person, including a starter or dessert, a first course and a main course. The menu changes weekly, offering fresh inspiration with every visit. Beverages and cover charge are not included.

Fine Dining: Seven Courses, Three Interpretations

As evening falls, OroBlu invites guests to enjoy a refined culinary experience through three seven-course tasting menus, each with its own distinctive character.

• Meat Menu: €120 per person
• Fish Menu: €120 per person
• Vegetarian Menu: €80 per person

A wine pairing is available upon request at €50 per person. Dinner is available by reservation only.
