Classic meat fondue Chinoise
Our recipe for a sociable evening in one of our Stüberl is quite simple: take a pot of hot soup, many delicacies for dipping, round the whole thing off with fine drops or a cool blonde and the Styrian coziness is done!
Our meat fondue Chinoise includes:
- crisp salads and antipasti from our buffet
- highest quality meats (beef, pork and chicken) and accompaniments of your choice (fries or rice)
- tasty dips (4) and crispy bread from the buffet
- upon request a soup will be served afterwards with a shot of sherry
- dessert of the day
- cheese from the buffet
Bookings for 2-80 persons from € 45,- per person, on request and availability.
