There are no secrets as to how we come up with our culinary creations, we simply have a clear approach to what makes good food: 

The use of local, natural, biological products that are fresh and seasonal. Artificial seasonings, additives and processed food are off-limits. We believe that this is the first requirement for an excellent meal. It also takes a good portion of imagination and creativity and especially the talent to design a special culinary way of cooking. Our kitchen team has exactly what it takes and treats our guests daily as part of the Falkensteiner ¾ treat-board plus.
