Delicious cuisine and a relaxed ambience come together in our restaurant with its cosy Tyrolean parlour. We cordially invite you to sit back and indulge in our modern-traditional culinary concept.

With the Falkensteiner half board plus, you can choose from a varied breakfast buffet with a healthy organic corner in the morning to start the day energised and happy. In the afternoon, we offer homemade cakes from the buffet, and  your dinner starts with a large selection of  salads at the buffet, followed by a gourmet menu of your choice including a selection of fruit and cheese to finish.
 
You can also look forward to weekly themed and gala evenings.

In summer, we enjoy the balmy evenings with you on our terrace and use this opportunity to prepare delicacies on our barbecue.

Tradition can also be found on our plates: for example, we attach great importance to bread in order to familiarise our guests with the regional South Tyrolean bread culture and revive farming traditions. Bread is a symbol of life in harmony with nature. How fragrant is the smell of freshly baked bread!
