With Falkensteiner Half Board Plus, you can choose from a varied breakfast buffet with a healthy organic corner in the morning to start the day energised and happy. In the afternoon, we prepare homemade cakes for you. In the evening, your dinner starts with a large selection of salads at the buffet, followed by a gourmet menu with a choice of fruit and cheese to finish.
You can also look forward to weekly themed and gala evenings.

In summer, we enjoy the balmy evenings with you on our terrace and use this opportunity to prepare delicacies on our barbecue.

Tradition can also be found on our plates: for example, we attach great importance to bread in order to familiarise our guests with the regional South Tyrolean bread culture and to revive farming traditions. Bread is a symbol of life in harmony with nature. How fragrant is the smell of freshly baked bread!

Wines as the perfect accompaniment to food: We serve you the best national and international wines to accompany our culinary delights and will be happy to advise you on the right choice. As our homeland is also known as a wine region, we have a large selection of South Tyrolean red and white wines (such as Lagrein and Kerner), which we supplement with exclusive varieties from other countries.
