In our restaurant with its cosy Tyrolean Stubn, delicious cuisine and a relaxed ambience come together. We cordially invite you to sit back and indulge in our Alpine-Mediterranean vitality concept.
With the Falkensteiner ¾-Pension you can choose from a varied breakfast buffet with a healthy organic corner in the morning to start the day strengthened and happy. In the afternoon we offer sweet and savoury snacks as well as homemade cakes. In the evening, your dinner starts with a large selection of antipasti and salads at the buffet, followed by an enjoyable choice menu of excellent Alpine-Mediterranean dishes, including a fruit and cheese selection to finish.
You can also expect weekly theme and gala evenings, as well as a dessert buffet with a particularly large selection of desserts every Saturday.
In summer, we enjoy the warm evenings with you on our terrace and prepare delicacies on our grill on this occasion.
REGIONAL DELICACIES
As a Vitalpina Hotel, we support a healthy and environmentally conscious diet for the conscious enjoyment of easily digestible, regional South Tyrolean dishes, prepared with seasonal products. We attach great importance to the preservation of nutrients and the use of regional ingredients for culinary delights. Traditional dishes are reinterpreted by us in a digestible way under nutritional aspects.
Tradition is also reflected on our plates: For example, we attach great importance to bread in order to bring our guests closer to the regional South Tyrolean bread culture and to revive farming traditions. Bread is a symbol of life in harmony with nature. How fragrant is the smell of freshly baked bread!
