Collio Wine Tasting by the Sea
On Friday, 19 June, Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo welcomes guests and visitors to an evening dedicated to the wines of Collio DOC at the PURO Lounge Bar. Recognised as Italy’s first DOC area and still one of the country’s leading references for white wines, Collio is known for elegance, minerality and a strong connection to its territory.
From 6 pm to 9 pm, guests can discover 30 selected wines from more than 20 wineries in a relaxed beachfront setting, accompanied by sommelier service, live saxophone and DJ set overlooking the sea.
The tasting includes Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Collio Bianco, offering the opportunity to explore both iconic and lesser-known expressions of the region.
30 wines for €30: a relaxed and convivial way to discover one of Italy’s most renowned wine regions by the sea. The experience also includes San Daniele ham, Montasio DOP cheese and two cicchetti inspired by land and sea flavours.
To ensure a pleasant atmosphere, access is organised in timed entries starting from 6 pm. Places are limited.
