4 Hands Dinner with star chef Theodor Falser
Four hands, one evening. Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser joins chef Federico Carsili at the 7Summits Restaurant for a dinner shaped by two culinary signatures and one shared inspiration: the Dolomites.
The evening begins with an aperitif at the On The Rocks Bar, where seven signature cocktails carry the character of seven peaks. From there, the table awaits. The special menu brings together a selection of dishes created by both chefs, each course a dialogue between two kitchens, rooted in the region and refined with precision.
For hotel guests with half board, the menu (excluding drinks) is included. For hotel guests with bed and breakfast, the menu (excluding drinks) is available at €65 per person.
